Mission Viejo Auto Collision is involved in a pursuit of sustainable excellence in collision repair. We have partnered with VeriFacts Automotive who is a third party independent auditor. Their function is to ensure that our entire staff is following the processes laid down before us from the manufacturer and keep us accountable to you the vehicle owner.
The most important part of any repair is not what you see on the outside, but rather what is unseen on the inside. With our industry training through I-CAR, the assistance of VeriFacts automotive, and following your OEM repair methods we can ensure a proper and safe repair.
All collision repair/refinish technicians and management are I-Car trained and ASE Certified. Mission Viejo Auto Collision has been an I-Car Gold Certified Repair Center since 1995.
Mission Viejo Auto Collision requires a minimum of ten years of related experience from each of their employees.
